Settlement of bets is based on the official result published by the relevant governing body. If the official result remains unavailable, Jilihh may settle using statistically credible and authorized data sources. Where outcomes are not verifiable, bets may be deferred or voided in accordance with these rules.
Jilihh reserves the right to void or cancel bets after acceptance in cases of palpable error in event details, odds, or starting times; to prevent manipulation of pricing; or where a customer attempts to circumvent risk and limit controls.
Jilihh may void all bets if the event venue changes or if there are radical alterations to the event’s structure (duration, distance, number of periods, etc.).
If an event is suspected of fraud or integrity concerns, Jilihh may suspend settlement, withhold payments, and/or void affected bets pending regulatory or internal reviews.
In the event of a technical interruption, Jilihh will apply standard checks (funds availability, odds accuracy) and may require the customer to re‑log in and confirm bet acceptance when services resume.
Video assistant referee (VAR) decisions that alter the state of play from the moment a bet was placed will void bets placed in the interval between the original incident and the final VAR decision, unless the affected odds unchanged at the time of bet acceptance.
Odds display uses two decimal digits on screen; total odds are calculated with a sixth decimal digit and winnings are truncated to two decimal places. Any discrepancy is a product of the truncation method and not a different settlement outcome.
The maximum time between bet settlement and any possible re‑settlement is 30 days.
Where a match ends after the 79th minute, markets are settled on the final full‑time result; if play ends at 78:59 or earlier, unsettled markets are void unless otherwise stated in the market description. Abandoned or interrupted events are treated as set out below in the abandonment provisions.
Supported match formats and duration thresholds apply as described in the market terms. If a match duration falls outside the specified range (e.g., fewer than 50 minutes or more than 90 minutes), all markets for that event are void unless stated otherwise in the market terms.
Outright markets (short‑term and long‑term) operate under a Play‑or‑Pay principle: participants listed for an Outright market will stand as losses if they are unable to participate, with certain exclusions for head‑to‑head markets. If a participant is replaced, team markets may stand while individual markets may be void.
Dead heat provisions apply to applicable outright markets; when tied, stakes are divided among tied participants according to the market terms, with the remaining portion treated as a loss if not otherwise specified.
2. Live Betting and In‑Play Rules
Live bets are accepted only on outcomes whose results are still undetermined at the time of betting. In‑play odds are updated in real time and may move between bet placement and acceptance; accepted bets are settled on the confirmed post‑event results from official sources.
Jilihh may settle live bets based on its own statistics for the course of the game when official data are delayed; such settlements are final for the results in question and non‑competing outcomes may be voided unless otherwise stated.
Claims for live bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the start of the event. Bets on events that are abandoned or not completed within 48 hours of start time are forfeited or refunded according to the market terms; bets on outcomes not unconditionally determined revert to odds of 1 (refunds) unless a result is declared official.
Live bets are subject to age and eligibility restrictions as set forth in the general terms; automated/bot betting is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
3. Bet Types and Market Settlement
Single bets: A wager on the outcome of a single event; payout equals stake multiplied by the agreed odds for that outcome.
Multiple bets: A combined wager on multiple unrelated events; all selections must win for the bet to pay; a single incorrect selection results in a loss of the entire stake.
System bets: A configuration consisting of several multiple bets of the same size; each included multiple is settled separately and the winnings from each are aggregated to determine the total payout.
Conditional bets: A chain of bets where only the primary part is paid out initially; subsequent conditional bets are funded from winnings of the primary part. If the primary part loses, the whole conditional chain loses.
Market integrity: It is prohibited to include events from the same match in multiple or system bets. If such inclusion occurs, the bet is refunded in full.
Outrights: All outright selections are subject to Play‑or‑Pay; non‑participation does not alter team markets except where otherwise stated. If a participant is substituted by a teammate within the same team, team markets remain valid while individual performance markets may be void.
4. Market Definitions and Settlement Standards
The following standard market identifiers apply where shown: Team 1 to Win = 1; Draw = X; Team 2 to Win = 2; 1X = Team 1 to win or draw; 12 = either team wins; X2 = Team 2 to win or draw; Handicap is applied as a fixed adjustment to final results for settlement purposes.
Total goals, points, or games refer to the total scored by both sides; wagers on “over/under” settle based on whether the final tally surpasses or does not reach the quoted total.
Correct score and HT/FT bets require exact scores or two‑part scores to be achieved at the conclusion of the relevant periods; voids apply where entries have not taken part as described in the market terms.
Supported time‑interval and quarter/half structures are defined within each sport's market description. If interval definitions are not met, bets may be voided.
5. Outsourced and Outright Markets
Outright markets cover participants regardless of their participation in the event; non‑participation results in the selection being settled as a loss unless the market terms specify otherwise. In multi‑stage events, outcomes from uncompleted stages are settled according to the most current official results when available.
Two or more places tied in an outright are settled as a dead heat unless the market specifies otherwise; stakes are recalculated based on the applicable dead heat rules and the remaining stake is treated as a loss where appropriate.
6. Abandoned, Postponed, and Altered Events
If an event is postponed and not resumed within the time frame specified in the market terms, open bets on affected markets may be voided, subject to the status of the official result at resumption or declaration of victory.
If an event is abandoned or other conditions apply, unsettled bets may be voided unless a result is officially declared; settled bets will reflect the official outcome or be refunded as specified in the market terms.
Any changes to event format, duration, or participating teams after bet placement are grounds for voiding affected bets where the terms provide no alternate settlement path.
7. Eligibility, Security, and Responsible Gaming
Customers must meet minimum age requirements as defined by applicable law; persons connected with participating events or certain affiliates may be restricted from betting.
Jilihh reserves the right to suspend or close accounts for fraud, irregular betting patterns, or other violations of these rules. Bets placed in contravention of these terms may be voided and funds withheld pending review.
All users must comply with applicable anti‑fraud measures and shall not use automated tools that circumvent betting limits. Any suspected fraud will be investigated with the option to void bets and withhold payments pending regulatory findings.
